Book in for repair: serial number

To book your HTC phone in for repair please complete the form below. We will need the following information from you:

  • Serial number of phone
  • Your name, address and contact details
  • Description of the faulut

Serial number

To retrieve your serial number, remove the battery cover and the battery. The S/N will be shown on the inside of the phone.

IMEI number

To retrieve your IMEI number, type *#06# into your phone and the IMEI number will be shown on the phone screen. Alternatively you can find it printed alongside the Serial Number [see above].
